- Exemplify the level of guest service that is expected of all employees.
- Accommodate all guest requests in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Coordinate all group requests and needs.
- Handle any guest complaints in a timely manner, maintaining a positive impression with the guest on resolving any complaints.
- Document and organize detailed requirements of each function. Coordinate activities of various departments to service accounts.
- Communicate with sales, resort manager and reservations in order to coordinate and monitor guest room blocks and special reservation needs. Assign meeting space based on needs of clients. Monitor in-house group activity, providing assistance as needed.
- Establish rapport and entertain meeting planners while promoting hotel facilities and services. conduct site inspections as needed.
- Advise sales staff as to the ability to accommodate client requirements.
- Assist sales staff in promoting resort, developing leads and securing re-bookings.
- Plan and conduct pre and post convention meetings with clients and respective departments.
- Audit banquet checks ensuring accuracy of guarantee charges to BEO's, bar consumption, miscellaneous charges to BEO's, check total to the daily.
- Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
- Walk through-walk through public area and check function's completely set and on time, rooms set per BEO specifications, door sign correct and in place, lights, temperature, music, plants, restrooms, food set to BEO specifications.

- College degree in business administration or marketing area

- At least 18 years of age
- Valid US Driver's license or an international driver's license
- Previous sales experience in a reputable hotel/restaurant
- Knowledge of computers
- Possess a good command of the English language and ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate with guests, both in person and by telephone
- Thorough knowledge of hotel services and facilities

- Previous managerial experience in hotel/resort sales
