Chef's Kitchen is a wholesale cash and carry foodservice supplier offering wide variety of products at low prices. We offer restaurants, caterers and non-profits a pleasant shopping experience at our clean facility with the option of delivery service to the entire Midwest.
We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service/Data Entry Associate at our location in the Back of the Yards district of Chicago.
The Customer Service/Sales Associate reports to our Operations Manager and is responsible for coordinating inbound customer calls and offering purchasing support.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and directing customers to appropriate associates
- Outbound Calls to prospects and current customers.
- Document sales activities within our CRM tool.
- Managing Margin and Customer Price Lists
- Additional duties as assigned.
Education/Certifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year related work experience
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of ordering and inventory levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Job Type: Up to 40 Hours
Hours: 9 am- 5 pm Monday - Friday
