As a key member of our strategy team, you will help shape brand identities, uncover deep consumer insights, and craft data-driven strategies that propel growth and innovation across all marketing touchpoints.

About You

As a Senior Strategist, your expertise extends beyond frameworks and briefs—you are a thought leader, a persuasive storyteller, and a strategic advisor who helps brands navigate the intersection of culture, technology, and creativity.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Leads Strategic Thinking: You don’t just support strategy—you own it. You drive the development of consumer insights, messaging and strategies with confidence.
• Masters Creative Briefs: You craft inspiring, insight-driven briefs that ignite creative teams and lead to breakthrough work.
• Drives Communication Planning: You map customer journeys, design messaging strategies, and develop campaign frameworks that are actionable, data-backed, and results-driven.
• Understands Cross-Channel Strategy: You bridge the digital, social, and traditional media spaces, ensuring the messaging is effective across all touchpoints.
• Leads with Data & Research: You proactively develop insights from tools like MRI-Simmons, GWI, and Resonate, shaping the foundation of brand and campaign strategies.
• Is an Innovative Thinker: You push beyond the conventional, bringing fresh perspectives that challenge assumptions and drive creative problem-solving.
• Is a Persuasive Storyteller: You present strategic recommendations with clarity and conviction, earning the trust of both agency teams and senior clients.

About The Role

As a Senior Strategist, you will play a critical role in defining and executing strategies that drive cultural relevance and business impact.

Strategic Leadership & Research

• Support Strategy across multiple lines of business and channels
• Conduct Primary and Secondary Research: Proactively use research tools to gather both qualitative and quantitative data. Demonstrate proficiency in primary research methodologies, including writing surveys, conducting interviews and moderating focus groups. analyzing data to uncover valuable insights.
• Develop High-Impact Brand Narratives that are rooted in consumer behavior, data, and cultural trends, ensuring messaging is relevant and compelling.
  
  

Strategy Development

• Develop Consumer Profiling with sharp audience insights that drive product messaging, brand identity, and campaign strategies.
• Guide Messaging Strategy by crafting differentiated and compelling brand communications that align with broader marketing goals.
• Evaluate & Strengthen Creative Work, providing thoughtful, strategic feedback that helps elevate campaign effectiveness.
• Act as a Senior Thought Partner, earning the trust of agency and client teams through your insights, industry expertise, and strategic acumen.
• Support Agency Marketing and New Business Growth, assisting in the development of strategic frameworks to help grow the agency’s portfolio and agency marketing initiatives.
  
  

About The Requirements

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, social sciences, or related fields preferred.
• Minimum 4-5 years of strategy experience in a creative, digital, or integrated advertising agency.
• Proven expertise in brand strategy, campaign development, digital and social media and audience insights.
• Knowledge of what moves culture today, what resonates with consumers online, and how to create best in class content.
• Understanding of what goes into social-first content creation and the ability to translate best practices into creative briefs.
• Experience with community management with a knack for building brands through conversations with fans, influencers, and brands.
• Data Proficiency: Skilled in using audience first party and secondary data tools to craft a story for brands or report on the brands performance.
• Experience working with consumer data tools like MRI-Simmons, GWI, Resonate, social listening tools and primary research methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to senior clients and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office environment at the Plano, Texas location.
• Willingness to travel, work extended hours, and support key campaign moments as needed.
