Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to join our team. As a CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Your expertise in drafting and design will contribute to the successful completion of various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize CAD software such AutoCAD 2021 and Inventor 2021 to create accurate and precise technical drawings
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to understand project requirements and specifications
- Interpret sketches, blueprints, and other design documents to create 2D and 3D models
- Assist in the development of manufacturing plans, schematics, and layouts
- Perform revisions and modifications to existing drawings as necessary
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct quality checks on completed drawings to identify errors or discrepancies
- Maintain organized files and documentation of all drawings
