Job Details:
As a Sales Representative at Chelsea's Cleaning Service, you will be instrumental in driving our sales efforts. This part-time, remote role requires proven sales experience with referrals and involves building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, conducting sales calls and presentations, and negotiating contracts. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to achieve company sales goals and meet customer needs.
Some travel will be required
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with the ability to provide referrals.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in using CRM scheduling software (jobber preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically develop a commercial customer base through direct cold call sales efforts.
- Acquire new commercial customers through subcontracting from cleaning companies, maintenance companies, and property management companies.
- Develop a residential customer base through commercial customer referrals.
- Acquire new residential customers through personal contacts and community networking.
- Acquire new commercial and residential customers through follow-up phone calls to key contacts
- Attend meetings via zoom or in person weekly, monthly, quarterly, for annual sales goals.
