Role:
Inside Sales and Customer Service
The Inside Sales and Customer Service role will be responsible for selling and promoting products manufactured by Chemi-Graphic. This role will manage active customers and will actively pursue new customers. They will also learn how to quote and work directly with the customer.
Chemi-Graphic is in a unique position where this sales professional could double the revenues into emerging markets and still be able to meet the customers expectations. This is reality and you could be the driving force for this success!
Essential Functions:
- Expand current customers buys
- Expand customers through solicitation of new business
- Manage customer issues in a manner which ensures future business
- Work with inside staff, sales and operations, to promote the company’s best interest
- Participate in company meetings
- Enjoy your success
Position Requirements:
- Ability to create a well thought out business development plan
- Ability to be self-structured with leadership support
- Ability to learn product knowledge and convey features and benefits to others
- Ability to use MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
