Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish, has experience in industrial sales, and possesses excellent negotiation and customer service skills.

Duties
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and cold calling efforts.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our industrial chemical products.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to strategize on business development initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure favorable terms for both parties.
- Utilize HubSpot or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products and network with potential clients.
Skills
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the industry.
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) is mandatory
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present effectively.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
- Experience in business development, outside sales, or industrial sales is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A self-starter attitude with a drive for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
