THE POSITION REQUIRES
The Account Manager will support the day-to-day workstreams and projects with oversight and collaboration from the Account Supervisor and Director. This position is responsible for the management of activities across a range of client services from project coordination, media stewardship, creative execution and activation, billing, etc.
The Account Manager works to ensure that deliverables provided are aligned with brand guidelines, on strategy, and meet client expectations. The Account Manager should be able to coordinate across departments to manage and execute assignments with oversight.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with strategy, media, creative, project management and production on the development and execution of client campaigns and projects
- Develop creative and media briefs in partnership with the strategy team
- Review, analyze and evaluate media and creative output based on approved client brief
- Maintain positive and professional communication with clients and peers
- Proofread and take ownership of agency work before it is sent to clients
- Manage weekly client status document
- Assist with monthly billing
- Review and send regular media performance reports to client
- Begin to identify opportunities for improvement on the account, as well as identifying opportunities for organic growth of the account
