Cheney Real Estate Management is looking for eager, hard-working individuals to help with the maintenance and turnover of our properties.

We are looking for temporary part-time and full-time employees with the possibility of permanent employment.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Interior painting of vacant units
  • Exterior painting of buildings
  • Landscaping
  • Construction labor

No experience is necessary. Driver’s license is required.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Work Location: In person
