Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Soccer Coach to join our summer camp team. The coach will be responsible for teaching soccer skills, promoting teamwork, and creating a fun and safe environment for campers of all ages and skill levels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging soccer practices and drills.
- Assess individual camper skills and provide personalized coaching.
- Foster a positive team environment, emphasizing sportsmanship and cooperation.
- Organize and supervise soccer games, tournaments, and skill challenges.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during practices and matches.
- Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and camp staff.
- Maintain soccer equipment and facilities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience coaching soccer, ideally in a camp or educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of soccer techniques, strategies, and rules.
- Ability to motivate and connect with children and young adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
