About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Associate Market Clinical Director to join our team. In this critical leadership position, you will oversee clinical operations in assigned markets, directly supervise Clinical Directors, and ensure center performance objectives are met. You will be responsible for managing Medical Directors, cultivating a strong physician culture, and driving growth. This role requires a skilled clinician with experience in managed care delivery systems, population risk management, and quality improvement processes.
- Direct supervision and performance management of Clinical Directors
- Oversee market clinical initiatives and drive growth
- Manage Medical Directors and cultivate a strong physician culture
- Develop and implement strategies for improved clinical outcomes and quality measures
- Collaborate with Regional President on market quality and performance improvement initiatives
Requirements
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty required
- Strongly prefer one year of previous experience as Medical Director or equivalent with a Medicare or Medicaid patient population
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar is preferred
- Current, active license to practice medicine in State of employment
