Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our home care agency. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient service delivery, compliance with regulations, and strategic growth while maintaining the highest standards of client care and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality service delivery, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service excellence and operational effectiveness.
- Supervise and provide leadership to administrative staff, care coordinators, and caregivers.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational expenses to ensure profitability and sustainability.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
- Implement strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-quality staff to maintain a strong workforce.
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a home care, healthcare, or senior services organization.
- Strong knowledge of non-medical home care regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize operations, and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in using scheduling and management software for home care agencies.
- Passion for providing high-quality care and improving the lives of clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
