This entry level position closely interacts with Customers, Account Managers, and the Estimating team to ensure timely delivery of project quotations.
Candidates should be highly organized, have the ability to prioritize, and work independently. This includes assigning and updating the Project/Bid documents for the Estimating Team.
Good written and verbal communication skills are important. Knowledge of the Oasis software system is helpful but not required.

- Answer phones
- Enter and change orders
- Check stock and lead times
- Small quotes
- Post sale/warranty issues
- Maintain a shipping log
- Must be a team player with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, response time sensitive environment.
- Must be efficient in Microsoft office.
