Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Residential Services and Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality services to our residents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individual program plans
- Collaborate with residential staff and contractual services to ensure effective service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of experience in administration or supervision in the human services field
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, and CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention)
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle for 15 passengers or less
