Your Next Great Adventure:
The Vice President of Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving growth and overseeing the Sales and Marketing functions for a new home construction builder. This role involves leading sales teams, developing and executing strategic initiatives, and ensuring performance goals are met. Key duties include recruiting and developing top talent, tracking market trends, improving customer satisfaction, resolving sales issues, and collaborating with marketing on outreach programs and promotions. The VP also manages sales office and model home presentations, prepares sales reports, and fosters relationships with clients, Realtors, and partners. This position requires strong leadership and experience in new home construction sales and marketing.
Qualifications
Success is Built On:
- Proficient with standard software such as Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Maintain proper and professional etiquette and appearance.
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly in fast-paced high work volume
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and producers
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
- Flexibility to help assist with new task and office change
- Capacity to prioritize and delegate tasks
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi- task and prioritize work
- Must have a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a background check
