We're seeking a visionary SVP to spearhead our revenue growth and sales strategy. In this role, you will lead a growth-oriented sales team, develop scalable strategies to drive market share, and foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture. This role reports directly to the senior executive leadership team at Ikon Technologies.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment by removing obstacles, and providing the necessary support and resources for successfully acquiring new franchise car dealerships.
- Build a winning culture of open communication while supporting team growth through onboarding, tailored training, coaching, and actionable feedback.
- Develop and implement a multi-channel sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share while aligning sales initiatives with organizational priorities.
- Lead and mentor sales teams to achieve performance goals, setting and managing quotas, revenue targets, and forecasting processes.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance, and implement changes to meet strategic objectives, ensuring consistent and scalable sales processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Technology, Operations) to align strategies, launch new products, and optimize channel performance.
- Champion CRM adoption, leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies, and support informed decision-making.
- Cultivate relationships with key customers and partners to enhance business outcomes, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
