The Senior Vice President of Sales (SVP) at Ikon Technologies will lead revenue growth and sales strategy, aligning cross-functional teams to drive performance. Responsibilities include developing a multi-channel sales strategy, managing quotas and targets, analyzing sales performance, collaborating across departments.

We're seeking a visionary SVP to spearhead our revenue growth and sales strategy. In this role, you will lead a growth-oriented sales team, develop scalable strategies to drive market share, and foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture. This role reports directly to the senior executive leadership team at Ikon Technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment by removing obstacles, and providing the necessary support and resources for successfully acquiring new franchise car dealerships.
  • Build a winning culture of open communication while supporting team growth through onboarding, tailored training, coaching, and actionable feedback.
  • Develop and implement a multi-channel sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share while aligning sales initiatives with organizational priorities.
  • Lead and mentor sales teams to achieve performance goals, setting and managing quotas, revenue targets, and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance, and implement changes to meet strategic objectives, ensuring consistent and scalable sales processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Technology, Operations) to align strategies, launch new products, and optimize channel performance.
  • Champion CRM adoption, leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies, and support informed decision-making.
  • Cultivate relationships with key customers and partners to enhance business outcomes, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience (General Manager or General Sales Manager a plus).
  • Experience in the automotive technology industry, with a comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth by leading sales teams to exceed revenue targets year-over-year.
  • Manage and grow a high-performing, delivery-focused sales team, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with strategic goals, while supporting and empowering remotely based members across the U.S.
  • Experience implementing strategic initiatives that significantly increased revenue and market share.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, utilizing CRM and BI tools to track sales performance and implement strategies that improved key sales metrics.
  • Experience leading initiatives within fast-paced, competitive environments, implementing scalable sales processes, new technologies, or strategies that measurably improved team productivity or revenue generation.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
