Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Painters to join our team who specialize in both residential and commercial painting projects . The ideal candidate will have paid painting experience. This role requires attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, caulking, and applying primer as needed.
- Be proficient with masking and protecting surfaces not to paint.
- Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and airless paint spraying equipment.
- Operate tools safely and effectively to complete various tasks on the job site.
- Collaborate with other painting team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Paid experience in interior and exterior residential and commercial painting, log home staining and refinishing, deck refinishing and stain application.
- Familiarity with trim carpentry, drywall repairs is a plus.
- Ability to operate airless paint spraying equipment efficiently and to use ladders, lifts, and scaffolding safely.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work in and on customers homes while respecting their property
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and climb ladders as required.
