Looking for Painters, Lead Painters, Master Painters, Crew Leaders with the following skills:
- Verifiable paid experience running 1-5 people in a painting environment
- Residential or commercial experience
- Log home refinishing, staining, chinking
- Strong experience of spraying, rolling, and brush work
- Understanding of technology- iPad, tablets, smart phones
- Ability to read and understand written work orders
- Ability to follow Crew Lead direction
Huge plus for the following
- Stain experience
- Fine finish experience
- Knowledge of safety standards
- Lift experience- Boom and Scissor Lifts
- Strong knowledge of painting equipment and maintenance (airless sprayer, air assisted sprayer, etc)
