In this role, you’ll work closely with the PracticeHub and Veterinary Services teams, as well as cross-functional groups like product, engineering, and operations, to ensure veterinary practices have a smooth, outstanding experience with Chewy. What You’ll Need : Education : Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.Experience : 10 years in customer service and / or B2B sales, process, and implementation; 5 years leading teams in product, program, and organizational change.Cross-functional Leadership : Confirmed ability to handle and collaborate across teams, both internally and with external partners and customers.Process Improvement : Strong ability to identify and drive process improvements, quantify benefits, and lead multiple projects simultaneously, both remotely and in person.Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Relationship Building : Strong skills in building and maintaining customer / client relationships.Results-Oriented : Track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.Tech Proficiency : Familiarity with Salesforce, Lucid chart, Jira, Confluence, SendGrid, Oracle, and MS Office. Bonus : Experience in the veterinary or medical industrySix Sigma certificationSQL experienceHub Locations & Work Arrangement : Hub Locations : Bellevue, WA or Plantation, FL Hybrid Model : 2 days in hub location per weekRemote : This role is NOT a remote role.The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location.
