Overview
The Financial Consulting (FC) Services Co-Op will assist the FC team in accomplishing our shared purpose of helping Operators optimize their opportunities and promoting financial stewardship across the enterprise.
This is anticipated to be a 3 semester Co-Op operating on non-sequential, every other-semester, basis. After working full-time for Chick-fil-A for the first semester of the Co-Op, students will return to school for their next semester, and will continue this pattern until having served 3 semesters for Chick-fil-A and 3 semesters of college coursework. The tentative start date for this co-op is Summer 2024.
The FC Services Co-Op will accelerate our efforts to achieve the FC Strategic Bets, primarily targeting increased role efficiency/optimized capacity for the FC and building out forward-looking perspectives.
To accomplish these objectives, the FC Services Co-Op will partner closely with FC Resources team to ideate and develop tools/dashboards that will provide insights for Operators and staff. The specific resources to be developed will be determined by real-time Operator and FC feedback along with learnings from the Trends and Escalations Report maintained by the FC team.
Additionally, the FC Services Co-Op will partner with the Center of Excellence (COE) within FC Services to aide in responding to Operators’/Team Members’ inquiries.
