Overview
Chick-fil-A Supply is in the early stages of development and is a dynamic, fast-paced work environment focused on launching this new service to Restaurants across the nation. As the business matures and the team grows, the Regional Talent Leader is needed to lead, develop and oversee the distribution center talent teams within a multi-state environment. The Regional Talent Leader is responsible for providing talent support to the staff members within the assigned region, as well as being a key member of the regional team. This role works closely with Chick-fil-A Supply Chain leadership teams to enable growth by proactively assessing needs and delivering talent management solutions that maximizes engagement and minimize risk. While strategy and guidance will be provided by the Talent Director and Talent leadership, it is essential that the person in this role is skilled at execution and is an exceptional self-starter and initiator.

Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of people processes, talent practices and activities including staffing, onboarding, talent relations, succession planning, performance management, learning strategies and DE&I strategies within the region/across the distribution network
- Serve as People Leader for distribution Talent teams and key roles that support the region.
- Support the execution of culture strategies, partnering with key leaders across the network to grow, maintain, promote, and protect a culture that aligns with the Chick-fil-A Supply values of care, safety and excellence
- Mitigate risk with appropriate escalation/investigation of performance, conduct and other Talent Relations related matters, working closely with Legal and Talent Director to manage the issues
- Manage network-level talent projects, to ensure achievement of goals and alignment amongst distribution centers
- Support growth in Supply Chain: assist as necessary in the opening of facilities across the network, including development of internal talent for transfer, training external hires and training of Talent teams at new distribution centers
- Support continuous improvements to the Talent function with a strategic lens as the business grows
- Facilitate organizational change management and help leaders align communication, behavior, and infrastructure to support the desired changes
- Other duties assigned as needs arise
Minimum Qualifications
- 10-12 years of leadership experience in a talent-related, or consulting role
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource development, business, or related field
- Multi-Unit distribution talent experience in a fast-paced growing business environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of general talent policies, procedures, and practices
- Ability to build and maintain trust-based, collaborative relationships and influence others
- Self-starter with natural tendency to take initiative and work independently
- Strong judgment, problem solving, and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office software and comfortable learning new software/systems
- Demonstrated business acumen of talent KPIs; using data to drive continuous improvement
- Ability to travel, including overnight trips
Preferred Qualifications
- 12 years of leadership experience in a talent-related, or consulting role
- Change management experience desired
- Working knowledge of innovation in supply chain
