**Job Summary:**
Chick-fil-A Princeton is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, focusing on promoting a positive work environment, employee welfare, and implementing HR programs. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in HR management, strategic planning, and executing HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Oversee recruitment, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
3. Lead and manage the HR team to provide guidance and support in resolving complex HR issues.
4. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations.
5. Manage the HR budget and resources efficiently to meet departmental goals.
6. Drive organizational culture and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.
7. Analyze data and metrics to enhance HR processes and policies.
**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR role.
3. Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
6. Experience in managing HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and training.
7. Certification such as PHR or SPHR is a plus.
