Position Summary:
Chick-fil-A Dickson City is seeking an Operations Manager with the ability to provide operational oversight and strong leadership to the team.
This person will be in a leadership position where they will have the opportunity to lead, grow, and serve. This individual will have their hand in multiple operational aspects of the restaurant while also business planning and strategizing.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coach the team by being hands-on in the operation.

- Perform off-shift managerial tasks such as team training and development.

Skills & Experience Needed:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of hospitality experience or equivalent service experience.
- Organized, detail-oriented with a strong sense of follow-through.
- Results-oriented and able to work in a very fast-paced, high-stress environment.
