Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including upselling when appropriate.
- Follow all food safety and handling guidelines to ensure product quality.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding delivery status and any issues that arise.
- Manage time efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
- Experience in the quick service fast food restaurant or retail environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in retail math for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
