Marketing Assistant
Overview
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the Marketing Director with execution of social media marketing and events, as a part of the III Myles, Inc. Organization.
This includes:
- Creating social media graphics and videos that showcase Chick-fil-A products and teams in a friendly and positive light
- Assisting with the execution of team member-focused and community-focused events
- Serving as needed with other duties as assigned
It is the expectation of the Marketing Assistant to:
- Commit to 8-12 hours per week of on-site Operational work at either Chick-fil-A Glenwood Place or Chick-fil-A Ponce & Boulevard (hours include AM & PM shifts) in addition to 28-32 hours of Marketing tasks.
- Commit to Chick-fil-A Training and Hospitality standards when on the premises of either restaurant, posting on social channels, and representing Chick-fil-A at events
- Adopt the Mission, Vision, and properly represent III Myles, Inc.
- Maintain records and e-storage of all images, videos, files, and graphics in a central location that is easily accessible by the Marketing Director
- Manage the office cleanliness, mail, supplies, and overall organization
- Answer and resolve voicemails within 24 hours
Responsibilities
- Meet with Marketing Director weekly to discuss and develop creative ideas to engage guests on social channels in relation to upcoming national holidays and market-level initiatives
- Quarterly meetings to plan and brainstorm in-restaurant events
- Be present at in-restaurant events to ensure things run smoothly
- Engage and build relationships with team members regularly
- Commit to a walk-through of the restaurant and parking lot between 3 and 5 days a week
- Water plants regularly
- Schedule posts for all social media platforms using Moment Feed, Business Suite, or a similar application
- Assist in coordinating new product sampling events for guests
- Learn, ask questions, and grow your knowledge in the Marketing field
