Job Description :
The Marketing Director roles main focus is on connecting with the community and building the brand. This may entail developing and creating material for in-store use, social media posts, and helping create and orchestrate community events. The Marketing Director will be partnering with the other directors to ensure the team knows about upcoming events, promotions, or community nights so that they run as smoothly as possible. The Marketing Director will be working under the guidance of the Director of Operations and the Executive Director. The main goal of this role is to create sales for the business by bringing customers in through relationships and social media engagement.
