Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and culture
- Create and implement systems
- Maintain labor productivity
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Understand our current state, our goals, and how to reach them
- Train and develop Team Leaders and Team Members to reach their full potential
- Ensure customer satisfaction by upholding our brand and attending to customer concerns
- Coach Team Leaders and Team Members regularly in SOPs, behavior, and health policies in real time
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous managerial experience in a restaurant setting
- Smile

- Create and maintain eye contact

- Strong commitment to superior customer service
- Reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage team member's behavioral and performance issues

- Gain a good understanding of all SOPs, goals, and systems pertaining to the restaurant
