- Partner with leadership to identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles
- Develop and maintain relationships with local colleges and universities to attract top talent
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in talent management or human resources
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Experience developing and implementing talent management strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
