What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foster Care and Front Desk Support position at Child and Family Services of Northwestern Michigan?
The Foster Care Support Staff is responsible for maintaining foster care files, uploading to MiSACWIS, distribution of documents, answering phones, help in coverage of the front office, and handling of documents that are sensitive, critical and confidential.
Qualifications: The Foster Care Support Staff should have at least a high school diploma and some experience in a busy office, including word processing, excel, multi phone line system, and have reliable transportation.

o Correspondence

* Maintain, organize and track items that are time sensitive and have deadlines
* General correspondence
* Redacting documents as required
* Prepare for and participate in the annual child welfare audit
* Work closely with the foster care team as a collaborative unit to achieve excellent and consistent standards
* Answering phones
* Back up for Front desk, greeting clients, deposit preparation
* Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director, Director of Child Welfare, Compliance Director, Director of Finance, and/or Director of Contracts Management/Human Resources.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
