Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organization is compliant with labor laws and regulations while fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a comprehensive understanding of HR functions.
Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
- Support the hiring, onboarding, training, and termination of employees.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in bi-weekly payroll.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations related to benefits administration.
- Provide guidance on performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum two years experience as an HR Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of HR functions. Medical office experience preferred.
- Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives.
- Skill in identifying and resolving human resource issues and negotiation, including conflict resolution.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work in team environment.
