Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to oversee the operations of our child care facility. The Child Care Director will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and development of all children in our care, as well as managing the administrative aspects of the center. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, educational expertise, and a passion for working with children.

Duties:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Supervise and support child care staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with parents and families to address their needs and concerns
- Plan and coordinate educational programs and activities that promote child development
- Maintain accurate records of enrollment, attendance, and other administrative tasks
- Manage the center's budget and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and regulations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Previous experience working in child care or early childhood education settings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using technology for administrative tasks

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
