Child and Family Agency was founded in 1972 to support and nurture our community’s most vulnerable population. Our staff are dedicated to providing compassionate care to our service area and go to great lengths to serve individuals, children, and families within their homes, schools, and communities and we are looking to add another talented member to our team!
CFA is seeking a full-time, hybrid-remote, Marketing and Communications Specialist to join the rest of our amazing staff!
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited bachelor’s program preferred in a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in communications and/or public relations.
- Experience in developing & implementing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies across a multidisciplinary organization.
- Event planning, branding, and media relations experience required
- Knowledge of a broad range of current social media platforms and analytics
Duties:
- Oversee multiple digital, print & social media campaigns and all graphic design development for fundraising, event and program needs.
- Data driven decision making, organizing analytics and developing strategies
- Lead communications for newsletters, press requests, and website management
- Ability to maintain excellent internal and external communication

Salary: $65,000-75,000 annually
