Position Summary : The Psychiatric Support Supervisor will provide oversight to the psychiatric support team of LPN's and Medical Assistants, working in conjunction with psychiatric providers, clinical staff, and other agency departments as needed to ensure quality care.
Major Responsibilities / Activities :
- Provide coaching and support to psychiatric support team, including LPNs and Medical Assistants; this includes facilitating the training and onboarding of new staff, management of office space, and ensuring proper coding & billing procedures.
- Complete and coordinate health monitoring services for clients seeing psychiatric providers
- Ensure psychiatric support needs are being met efficiently and effectively
- Possess a working knowledge of the electronic record system
- Knowledgeable of the Agency policies and procedures, as well as regulations related to treatment and billing.
- Demonstrate skills in problem solving and conflict resolution.
- Model and practice sensitivity, fairness and acceptance of diversity in all interpersonal interactions.
- Performs other appropriate duties, as assigned.
Competitive Pay Rate of $30 per hour
