What are the responsibilities and job description for the PT BILLING COORDINATOR position at Child Guidance Resource Centers?
CGRCs part time Billing Coordinator accomplishes claims resolution and denial management, as well as analyzes and reports on claims and authorization data from Electronic Health Record (EHR). Primary functions include research and resubmission of rejected & denied claims, payment application, performing liaison services with multiple payers to resolve services unable to bill, claims which are unpaid, and various other billing responsibilities. Some responsibilities include : Accurate and timely compilation of client service information for weekly Managed Care Organization (MCO) bill submission. Verification of acceptance of electronic claims submissions, identifying and correcting reasons for rejected claims. Download of weekly remittance advice for posting; verification of accuracy of payments applied in download. Accurate and timely entry of MCO payments and denials from weekly remittance advices. Timely MCO denial research and resubmissions. Assist department with all billing and billing department projects as needed. Who is CGRC?
