With 17 locations and counting, we are dedicated to providing exceptional dental care for children. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring fiscal health, and driving long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and growth plans.
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Manage and monitor cash flow, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
- Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team and board of directors based on financial analysis and projections.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring robust internal controls and processes.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of financial systems and software.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
