Position Overview
The Executive Administrator provides high-level business support to the CFO enhancing and maximizing the effectiveness of the business area. This role requires exceptional judgment, authenticity, and the ability to handle confidential information while managing key executive engagements and serving as a liaison to the Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including Board members, donors, and staff
- Manage complex calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Draft and prepare executive correspondence and communications
- Coordinate and prioritize special projects and initiatives
- Provide strategic support for executive decision-making and organizational priorities
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters
- Act as a bridge between the executive's office and internal departments
- Manage and track status of key initiatives and deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience supporting senior-level leaders and executives
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Advanced proficiency in managing complex schedules and priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or fundraising environment
- Progressive responsibility in administrative and management roles

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (ONSITE)
