Children’s Specialized ABA is designed to address the comprehensive needs of children, teens, and young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). By leveraging the expertise of the Children’s Specialized Hospital Autism Center of Excellence, the program aims to expand access to innovative and compassionate care, empowering children diagnosed with autism to thrive. Children’s Specialized ABA embraces a holistic approach, recognizing the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and social well-being, ensuring every aspect of a patient’s life is considered in their therapeutic journey.
Our integrated care model brings ABA therapy services augmented by complementary therapies, such as speech and language, occupational, and behavioral health services, ensuring a comprehensive, whole-child approach that supports a wide range of needs, from verbal to behavioral and social skills.
This is a remote position, but candidates must live in one of the following states: AZ, FL, IN, TN, TX, MO, PA, VA or OH. Core work hours are M-F 8:30a-5:00pm EST (this role is required to work outside of core hours as needed, to meet business needs/goals).

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role that requires a blend of creative vision, analytical expertise, and a deep understanding of the ABA industry. The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for children with autism have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that resonate with families and professionals.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Execution & Content Creation:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, website, paid advertising, and community events.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, brochures, and presentations.
- Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Utilize strong copywriting skills to develop persuasive and informative content that resonates with target audiences.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that effectively communicate the benefits of ABA therapy to target audiences.
- Ensure all marketing materials are accurate and compliant with industry standards.
- Understand and communicate the science behind ABA in an approachable way.
- Maintain a keen eye for design, ensuring all marketing materials are visually appealing and professional.
- Hands on creation of marketing materials as needed.
Digital Marketing & Analytics:
- In partnership with vendors, oversee the management of the company's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, informative, and optimized for search engines.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage relationships with web development and advertising vendors.
Strategic Leadership & Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize performance.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute integrated marketing plans across all channels.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the ABA industry, including current trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Community Outreach & Relationship Building:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive community outreach strategy to build relationships with key stakeholders, including families, schools, physicians, and other professionals.
- Represent the company at community events, conferences, and industry meetings.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with relevant organizations and individuals.
- Manage and grow the company's referral network.
Team Management & Development:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, including community outreach specialists, social media managers, and web/ad vendor relationships.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Recruit, train, and develop talent to ensure the team has the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Oversee the performance management and professional development of team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Significant experience in the ABA industry or related healthcare field is required.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for serving children with autism and related developmental disabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with children with autism and/or related developmental disabilities.
- Experience with graphic design and video production.
- Existing relationships with key stakeholders in the ABA community.
