We are seeking a Director of Information Technology to join the Chileda Senior Leadership team. The Director of Information Technology (IT) is a strategic leader who will be responsible for driving Chileda's technology vision, ensuring the reliability of IT systems, and leading the IT department to optimize infrastructure, security, and digital optimization initiatives. This role is critical in aligning technology with business objectives, improving operational efficiency, and overseeing IT governance and compliance.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in enterprise IT strategy, network development, cloud computing, and IT project management.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance, compliance frameworks, and risk management.
- Strong experience in IT service management, enterprise architecture, and infrastructure, and overall technology optimization.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing IT budgets.
- Excellent leadership, mentorship, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to successfully become an Approved Driver through Chileda's Approved Driver procedure.
GENERAL HOURS OF DUTY : This is a full-time, exempt position averaging a minimum of 40 hours per week. Standard business hours are generally between 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm Monday - Friday. Additional hours of work may be required during evenings and weekends based on business needs and IT-related initiatives.

This position has an anticipated annual starting salary between $110,000 - $120,000.
