Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the management of IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage the organization's information security protocols, including compliance with NIST standards.
- Supervise the installation and maintenance of hardware and software systems, including virtualization technologies.
- Ensure the integrity and security of data through effective firewall management and information security measures.
- Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Lead the IT team in adopting Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery processes.
- Manage budgeting for IT initiatives, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Oversee VoIP systems implementation and maintenance to support communication needs across the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably as a Director or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of React and its application within enterprise environments is preferred.
- Extensive experience in budgeting, project management, and team leadership.
- In-depth understanding of information security principles and practices.
- Proficiency in virtualization technologies and firewall management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex systems and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
