We're seeking a motivated Inside Sales Manager to lead a team of high-performing Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) responsible for booking listing appointments for our real estate agents.

Position Overview:
As the Inside Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of ISRs, driving performance to meet and exceed sales goals. You'll work closely with our sales managers and agents, ensuring alignment across teams. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a data-driven approach to optimizing the sales funnel. While prior real estate experience is not required, a background in sales management and a passion for learning will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve appointment-setting and sales goals.
  • Collaborate with sales managers and agents to align strategies and improve lead conversion.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key sales metrics, ensuring consistent progress at the top of the sales funnel.
  • Conduct daily research on scripts, market conditions, and industry best practices to keep the team competitive.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and skill sets.
  • Foster a positive, high-energy team culture while holding team members accountable for results.
  • Take initiative to identify process improvements and implement new strategies to drive success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of CRM systems, data tracking, and sales metrics.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and drive actionable insights.
  • Confident, proactive, and excited to experiment with new ideas and strategies.
  • Availability to work some evenings and weekends, especially during the initial onboarding period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
