Position Overview:
As the Inside Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of ISRs, driving performance to meet and exceed sales goals. You'll work closely with our sales managers and agents, ensuring alignment across teams. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a data-driven approach to optimizing the sales funnel. While prior real estate experience is not required, a background in sales management and a passion for learning will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve appointment-setting and sales goals.
- Collaborate with sales managers and agents to align strategies and improve lead conversion.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key sales metrics, ensuring consistent progress at the top of the sales funnel.
- Conduct daily research on scripts, market conditions, and industry best practices to keep the team competitive.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and skill sets.
- Foster a positive, high-energy team culture while holding team members accountable for results.
- Take initiative to identify process improvements and implement new strategies to drive success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
