Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and patient-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast paced office setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service.
Duties:
- Manage Patient Flow
- Provide necessary therapies for patients
- Assist Doctor with patient care
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office.
- Check patients in and verify their personal and insurance information if needed
- Schedule appointments and manage the patient appointment system
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Assist with medical administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Work according to office policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the Office Team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Experience:
- Strong phone and computer skills and ability to learn software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
