Job Summary
The Senior Associate Director, Corporate Engagement will develop, cultivate and manage new corporate and existing relationships. Primary responsibilities include increasing organization revenue through the growth of corporate sponsorships that include signature fundraising initiatives that support event sponsorships, programmatic gifts, cause-related marketing and peer-to-peer fundraising. In addition to the key responsibilities, the Senior Associate Director will be responsible for managing and building membership of CHOC Foundation Corporate Partnerships Committee. Requires strong organizational and networking skills, the ability to work on various projects simultaneously and a strong eye for detail.
Pay Range
Minimum $71,802 Midpoint $107,702 Maximum $143,582
Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience
- Required : Minimum five (5) years of experience fundraising in corporate development, or equivalent, raising gifts of $10,000 or more.
