Job Description

We are seeking a Home Care Agency Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

• It involves orchestrating comprehensive care plans, ensuring quality and compassion, and advocating for the well-being and dignity or each senior
• As a Care Manager, you become a trusted guide, providing essential support to clients and caregivers, emotional support, and empowering families and your team confidence and peace of mind
• Shows dedication to excellence in everything they do
• Has a passion for customer service
• Takes responsibility for actions
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills

• The ideal applicants have had experience in caregiving and are individuals that have experience in managing others in a healthcare setting such as a home health company, professional medical practice or a facility that provides services to elderly
• Those individuals that have an education in Healthcare management may also qualify without direct experience
• Qualified applicants must also pass a criminal background check for consideration and must be willing to assume on-call duties
  
  

Benefits

• $55,000 - $65,000 - Salary depending on experience!
