Responsibilities :
- Create a successful company-wide recruiting process that will effectively and efficiently attract top talent
- Coordinate interviews and skills testing with qualified candidates
- Review resume submissions and make sure the most promising candidates are flagged for consideration
- Manage job postings for new job openings both internally and with public advertising on job boards and social media
- Advise internal team on salary and wage terms and communicate negotiations with candidates
- Communicate with department management and give daily, weekly, and monthly updates
