Experience
- Teaching: 2 years (Preferred)
- Bachelor's (Required)
- An Undergraduate degree (masters preferred) in early childhood or elementary education
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferred
- An ability to differentiate instruction across subject areas
- An understanding and ability to instruct in the Science of Reading
- Experience with using technology in the classroom
- A student-focused perspective and the desire to partner with the family in the child’s educational path
- A desire to work as part of a team
- Good time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Initiative and creativity
- A high level of energy
