Position Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time Children’s Ministry Coordinator who is passionate about leading children to Christ, flexible, proactive, eager to learn, and dedicated to fostering a safe and welcoming space for children from birth through 5th grade. This role requires 15–20 hours per
week, including availability on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
The Children’s Ministry Coordinator will support regular programs as well as special events like Vacation Bible School (VBS), Trunk or Treat, Fall Fest, Parents’ Night Out, and more.

● Minimum of 1 year of experience working or volunteering with children’s programs.
● Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. (with or without assistance). Essential Responsibilities:
● Create a Christ-centered, safe, and relevant environment for children of all ages to grow in their faith.
● Collaborate with the Children’s Ministry Director to organize, plan, and execute regular programs, special events, and supplemental activities.
● Recruit, train, and coach volunteers to thrive in their roles within the Children's Ministry.
● Encourage and support volunteers, fostering a strong sense of community and teamwork.
● Participate in program preparation, including room setup, tear-down, and maintaining cleanliness during and after programs.
● Stay engaged in continuing education and training related to the Children's Ministry.
● Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission and success of the ministry.
Salary : $18 - $20
