A skilled Master Automotive Technician in Helotes, TX is responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicles while delivering excellent customer service. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety and professionalism.

Job Description:

• Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests.
• Build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns.
• Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results.

Qualifications:

• A positive attitude and a desire to serve our guests.
• At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic required.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes/models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• A desire for long-term career development.

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head.
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair.
• Have the necessary dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Walk/stand for the majority of their workday.
• Drive manual transmissions vehicles.
• Efficiently navigate a computer.
