History
Reach Community Church was founded on September 23, 2012, by Pastor Heath Caddell and a dedicated team of eleven families who felt called to serve the Leland community. Leaving their previous comforts, they established the church with a mission to impact lives through Christ.
Vision
The mission is to see lives changed by Christ together—through loving God, loving people, and reaching the world.
Core Values
Presence of God: Reach Community Church completely acknowledges that without the presence of God in Sunday morning services or in people, the church has no capacity for real life transformation. This begins with each individual and permeates everything the church does, including community groups.
The Word of God: recognize the Bible as the foundation of our ministry, trusting in its authority and power. This commitment is evident in every Sunday message and community group discussion.
Authentic Relationships: Reach Community Church believes that real discipleship, training, and mentoring occur within authentic relationships. While Sunday services are important, Reach Community Church emphasizes building community beyond that time frame.
The Next Generation: Reach Community Church is dedicated to partnering with parents to cultivate the next generation of passionate Christ-followers who fulfill Jesus’ Great Commandment to love God, love others, and reach the world. Reach Community Church focuses on equipping parents to shepherd the children effectively.
Community Transformation/Outreach: Reach Community Church trains our members to be agents of change in the workplaces, neighborhoods, and spheres of influence. Through the community groups, Reach Community Church aims to share the Gospel and effect life change in the city, nation, and world by meeting people's physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
