The Hiring Coordinator is a tech-savvy, people-oriented individual who is responsible filling open positions throughout the agency. The Hiring Coordinator will manage our applicant tracking system, perform phone interviews and other talent acquisition activities. The successful Hiring Coordinator will be a people person who is skilled at building rapport virtually and provide great customer service to our candidates. In addition, the Hiring Coordinator will occasionally represent CCHO at job fairs/hiring events, and with local colleges and universities. Job responsibilities may fall outside of regular business hours, due to candidate availability for interviews.

Requirements:
- Recruiting/interviewing experience preferred (sales experience may be considered)
- High school diploma required
- Valid Ohio driver's license, with driving record that is insurable on agency policy; ability to legally and safely drive a vehicle
- Ability to communicate clearly in person and virtually, in writing (computer and text, especially) and via telephone
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability and willingness to pursue candidates with gracious tenacity.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to CCHO's statement of faith and code of conduct. Treat others with Christ-like attitude, while helping them experience their worth in Christ, and demonstrating behaviors reflecting CCHO's core values of Relentless Commitment, Selflessness, and Kindness.
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS), post and update jobs, as well as updating/maintaining agency accounts on all sites, source potential applicants through various channels, including but not limited to job boards, recruitment sites, online job boards, social media, and professional networks, as well as print media, as needed.
- Screen candidates via phone, video, email, etc., respond timely to all communications and applicant requests
- Create offer letters, as needed
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures
