Are you a caring, patient, and dedicated individual looking to make a real impact? We’re seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a Full-Time, Monday–Friday position to provide one-on-one care for a teen living at home with his family.

What You'll Do as a DSP:
✔ Provide Personalized Support – Assist with daily living activities like meal prep, housekeeping, and personal care.
✔ Promote Independence – Encourage individuals to achieve personal goals and develop self-sufficiency.
✔ Engage in the Community – Support individuals during community activities, appointments, and social outings.
✔ Advocate for Individuals – Ensure their rights, choices, and dignity are always respected.
✔ Be a Role Model – Lead with patience, compassion, and encouragement in all interactions.

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license & insured vehicle- DSPs work in private homes and the community.
